REGISTRATION IS OPEN

KEY DATES FOR SPRING 2025:

FIRST PRACTICE:
Tuesday, February 4, 5pm-6pm

Location: Good Shepherd Gym
11600 Los Alamitos Blvd.

FIRST GAME:
Friday Late February
cheer for 5:35pm games only
Location: McAuliffe Middle School

NEW CHEER REGISTRATION FEE: $325
includes full uniform, poms and bow

RETURNING CHEER REGISTRATION FEE: $210
Already have red uniform, blue poms and bow

FREE JR ELITE CLINIC AND TRYOUT

ADVANCED TEAMS- tryouts required - email us at losalfnlcheer@gmail.com if you are interested

  • FREE Clinic Jan 27-29; Location Rush Park; 4:00pm-5:00pm
  • TRYOUT for JR. elite -Jan 30
  • 6-12 girls per team
  • must have 2 years of ballet or jazz dance
  • Reg. Fee plus additional costs: (extra clothing, upgraded poms, bigger bow, etc.)

Jr. Elite- ages 9-13- some cheer and dance experience needed
Practices- Tuesdays - TBD
Friday game time- 5:35pm

Cheer Merchandise Store

Need to buy a new shell, skirt, brief, click on link to merchandise store. Bows and poms also available for purchase.

WE NEED VOLUNTEER COACHES

No dance or cheer experience required, although helpful. Must be High School aged or older. High School volunteers will earn Community Service Hours. Opportunity to gain Leadership skills. Great addition to College Apps. Willingness to teach and be part of the community.

 

Want to earn some community hours?

Come help FNL coach young girls to cheer and dance.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES SPRING AND FALL

Los Al Spring League

  • Practices start in February on Tuesdays;  5:00pm - 6:00pm, location Good Shepherd Presbytarian Church Gym

  • Games start in late-February and go through to mid-April at McAuliffe Middle School

Los Al Fall League

  • Practices start in August on Tuesdays;  5:00pm - 6:00pm, location Good Shepherd Presbytarian Church Gym

  • Games start in September and go through to mid-November at McAuliffe Middle School

Los Al Summer Camps

  • 3 Day camp; from 8:30am - 12:00pm; location TBD; usually in July


Receive 1 free FNL cheer Jersey to be worn when working with the kids

**CHEER REFUND POLICY**

All refund requests must be received in writing by Jan. 1st. for the Spring Season, June 15th for the Summer Season and July 1st for the Fall Season.  After these dates, refunds will NOT be issued as the league will start to incur many expenses in preparation for the upcoming season.  Expenses incurred, but not limited to are: Uniforms, Field Permits, Insurance, Acctg., Website fees, credit card fees, mktg., labor, etc.

3rd party admin and credit card charges cannot be refunded.
